First Baby Picture

So I was actually wanting Anya to write this one, but I keep forgetting to remind her, so I'll just write something up quick. So we had the first prenatal visit at 9 weeks. Everything went well. They even did an ultrasound which I thought was strange so early, but hey, not going to complain. Hearing the heartbeat was really cool. Racing away 180 bpm. From what I've read that's a little fast but still okay. Anya's morning sickness has been ever present... from what she says it comes and goes, but it seems like it does a lot more coming and a lot less going recently. Hopefully it will go away soon. Anya is 12 weeks tomorrow, so we're coming up on the end of the first trimester. The next doctor visit is actually a week from today, which is why I wanted to get this up here today, so that next weeks will be a separate post. Anyway, things are still going well, hopefully we get more good news next week.

(Hint: The baby is the little blob inside the bigger blob... haha. Measured at ~2 cm)
