Anyhow, I have almost completed week 18 so its still 17 weeks and I can still write about it. We had our Dr. appointment today! Baby's heartbeat was 160 bpm. It is sooo fast but the Dr. reassured us it was fine. We have 2 more weeks before we find out if we are having a boy or girl (September 15th). Other than that, baby, Zach and I are doing well!
Zach started school again today! He is busy studying like always! Guess this just means that my summer of spending time with him has come to an end. Sad. I'll live though, as long as I get to at least see him every night that works for me for now! As for me, all I want to do these days is SLEEP. I am so tired. It is a vicious cycle... naps= not sleeping at night=not wanting to wake up for work=late for work. I just want to curl up and sleep all day. I had an epiphany the other day. Pregnancy itself is a lot like a baby. All you want/need to do is eat, sleep, and go to the bathroom. So tiring, no wonder why babies sleep all the time.
You look so cute Anya! The belly is getting really big. It's so close for you guys find out if it a boy or a girl, we are all so excited to know!

ReplyDeleteI'm sorry that sleep seems to be hiding from you…..next time you're awake in the wee hours of the morning….call me. I'm usually up, because of restless legs, sore shoulder, worrying about something…..or any other thing that I can think of that will keep me awake. I'm always ready to talk.
Are you feeling the baby move very much yet?
I think I feel the baby move every once and a while but I don't really know for sure. There was one night I felt two little "pokes/kicks" (at least thats what I thought they were) and I had zach put his hand on my belly to feel them...yeah, the baby didn't kick again...zach's arm was so tired!
